For this employer branding video, I independently handled the full production process.

The goal of the video is to give future applicants a clear impression of FixPart, its team and working atmosphere, while supporting the recruitment of new employees.
I discussed the concept and overall direction with the client beforehand, after which I took care of the full execution myself. This included preparing the shoot, setting up the lighting, filming the interviews and all additional footage, as well as the complete edit, post-production and color grading.
My role: concept development, production, camera, lighting, interviews, editing and color grading.
