Hello, I'm Jamilla
My name is Jamilla Sip, I am 21 years old, and I'm from Nijmegen. My passion for visual arts began during the COVID-19 period, when I discovered photography as a creative outlet. I was especially drawn to nature photography. it not only allowed me to express my creativity but also gave me a sense of peace.
This creative interest eventually led me to study Media Design at ROC Nijmegen. During my first internship, I was introduced to film and video production, which immediately sparked my curiosity.
Since then, I’ve been exploring and improving my skills in filmmaking, and I see this as a direction I want to grow further in professionally.
In my free time, you can often find me at the gym or on the kickboxing mat.

Setting up and preparing film sets for e-learning productions. Positioning, adjusting, and operating lighting equipment to achieve optimal image quality and atmosphere. Assisting during video shoots, including camera operation and on-set production support. Creating social media content and posts for various online platforms. Editing videos in DaVinci Resolve, including color grading, audio enhancement, and final delivery for publication.

I initially started at this company as an intern, and after my internship they asked me to stay. I now work there part-time, editing repair videos and translating them into 18 different languages.
